Delete your FermPal account

Android app "FermPal: fermentation tracker" and fermpal.com — publisher: Fabrizio Capellino (FermPal).

Without a FermPal account, your data only exists on your phone: uninstalling the app erases it all.

With an account: from the website

1. Sign in on fermpal.com with the account's email address.
2. Open the menu → My subscription (Account page).
3. At the bottom, "Delete my account", then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What is deleted

Your account and its email address, your online backups of the notebook, and all the data of your web notebook: ingredient stock, recipes and their versions, batches, lots, logs and tastings, shopping list, reminder subscriptions. There is no bin.

The notebook stored on your phone is not affected by deleting the account: it is yours and keeps working without an account; uninstalling the app erases it.

Your subscription

An active Pro subscription is cancelled at the moment of deletion. The current period is not refunded.

What remains for a while

Technical logs held by our hosting providers (Vercel, Sentry), automatically purged after their retention periods (30 to 90 days). None of your notebook data is in them.

Deleting only some data

Without deleting the account: in the app, Settings → Online backup, each copy can be deleted individually; on the website, recipes, batches and stock items can be deleted one by one.

Locked out of your account?

Email hello@fermpal.com from the account's address: we delete everything within 30 days and confirm it to you.
