“Amber Twilight” is a decadent journey into the heart of the quadrupel tradition—where deep malt complexity meets wild fermentation artistry. Built on a rich tapestry of specialty grains and dark candi sugar, this 12.6% elixir brims with notes of dark fruit, burnt sugar, and warming spice. Fermented hot with a trio of expressive yeasts—including Voss, Farmhouse, and Hornindal Kveik—it finishes dry, bold, and elegantly boozy. A twilight brew for contemplative evenings.
